Founder of 21DaysAway.Life

Toniqua, the visionary behind 21daysaway.life, is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, best selling author and a fierce advocate for radical self-care.  After years of burnout, people-pleasing and carrying the unspoken weight of being the "strong one," she reached a breaking point - and then a breakthrough.

What she needed didn't exist in one place - so she created a space.

The Revolution of Rest was born from her personal need to reclaim peace, joy & softness.  Each 21 day challenge reflects he journey of re-discovery - rituals that healed her, affirmations that restored her and practices that reminded her she is worthy of rest.
