The 21-Day Challenges at 21DaysAway.Life are sacred wellness journeys designed to help Black women reclaim their time, their peace, and their power—one intentional day at a time.

Each challenge centers around one or more of the 21 Pillars of Wellness, a framework that nurtures your Mind, Body, and Spirit. Whether you’re working on emotional healing, confidence, financial empowerment, or spiritual grounding, there’s a challenge to meet you exactly where you are.

These aren’t just checklists or tasks—these are soul-tending rituals, crafted with care.
